Flipping cars: the math
To flip cars in Mechanic Legends, work out the profit before you buy: sale price minus purchase price, parts, paint and every other cost.
The tutorial car is the one worked example. CHALLS was offered $10,700 and called it about 6,700 profit, which implies about 4,000 paid; that leaves out the paint, which his video does not price. BrufMasterTTV says about 4,000 in and about 10,000 out, and Avinestas sold his for 11K.
That is one car, so it is an example of how to make money in Mechanic Legends, not a rate. At the Mechanic Legends junkyard, holding E shows asking price, estimated repairs and market value (six videos), but no source says how market value relates to the dealer's offer.
Watch the parts line. A rusty or worn part can be cleaned and polished, but a scrapped part must be ordered, and delivery is free while the part is not. The Mechanic Legends car repair guide shows which is which.
Customer jobs
Customer jobs are the other half of how to make money in Mechanic Legends. Take them in your workshop; the customer's car is brought to you, so you need no junkyard purchase. Jobs show easy, medium or hard. BrufMasterTTV's hard job listed five tasks, and CHALLS says the best-paying jobs are the hard ones with many tasks.
Pay varies by job, and Wrench Work has not published rates. The only example payout we saw is an unclear caption in one video, so we print no figure; we will add pay by difficulty when a clear source shows it. To finish a job, talk to the customer (CHALLS) or meet them at the front door (BrufMasterTTV).
One-time cash: the tutorial and the group reward
The tutorial pays 5,000 cash once the wiring harness is in (NoobBlox, Avinestas and BrufMasterTTV). ItzVexo and Radex Tips say joining the Wrench Work group also gives 5,000. Those may be the same payout, since the videos disagree on where the money comes from and nothing official confirms either. Plan on one 5,000.

Selling your starter car
You get a free starter car after your first sale. ItzVexo sold his and ended with 25,000 cash, his balance after the sale rather than a confirmed price. A Roonby article repeats the figure but retells a video, so this rests on one video. Radex Tips also says you can sell the starter and spend the money on something better. Driving earnings and the x2 passes
Driving earns cash, but the rate is unpublished. On the Roblox pass list (November 1, 2026), x2 Job Earnings costs 695 Robux and doubles job earnings. x2 Driving Earning is listed to double driving earnings but is not on sale. No source timed it, so no route is proven fastest. For Mechanic Legends money fast, Radex Tips suggests the free 5,000, then customer jobs, then junkyard cars that need little repair. Keep some cash for repairs.

No source measured either. Jobs need no purchase, so you cannot overpay for a wreck. Flipping has the one published example, roughly 6,700 before paint, but repairs can erase a margin. Try both and compare your results.
Is x2 Job Earnings worth it?
Only if jobs are your main income. At 695 Robux it doubles job earnings, but with no published rates nobody can say how much extra cash that is. Do jobs for a few sessions first.
Are there Mechanic Legends money codes?
